Clarets re-sign Batt
Chelmsford City have retained the services of striker Shaun Batt ahead of the 2018-19 season.
Batt, who joined the Clarets from Barnet last summer by way of the Supporters’ Club’s “Twelfth Man” scheme, spent much of the early part of the season sidelined through injury. He went on to make 28 appearances for Rod Stringer’s side, scoring 4 goals, with just 1 of those coming in league competition.
The Harrow born man started his career with Stevenage and includes Peterborough, Millwall and Leyton Orient on his CV, as well as a number of loan spells in non-league.
